Civil court case in which Francois Vigo, administrator of Jacque Latrimouille, deceased, was suing Robert Buntin, administrator of Joseph Labelle, deceased, to recover a previous judgment. In 1789 Latrimouille won a judgment of $518.27 damages against Buntin, administrator of Labelle. According to the Minute Book, Buntin, appearing in his proper person, could not give cause as to why the judgment should not be paid. Judgment was revived with costs. |
