Lite, John vs. William Willson

Description: Civil court case in which John Light was suing William Wilson for $250.00 damages for trespass vi et armis. The assault and battery charge came from a confrontation between Light and Wilson at Wilsons plantation in Clark County. Light claimed he was trying to collect a debt.
