Ormsby, Peter B. vs. General W. Johnston

Description:	Civil court case in which Peter [Benson] Ormsby was suing General W. Johnston for an unpaid debt of equal to $139.66 2/3 and for $140.00 damages. The debt, made in Louisville, Kentucky on 1799-01-25, was for 41 pounds and 18 shillings Kentucky currency. Judgment was for the plaintiff for $29.50 plus interest.
