Description:	Civil court case in which Simon Gonzales was suing Jacques Cardinal for $50.00 damages for an unpaid debt of goods, wares, and merchandise consisting of quantities of calico, serge, white thread, and a pair of shoes. This merchandise was said to have been worth $27.87 1/2. The jury found for the plaintiff for $27.87 1/2.
