Description:	Civil court case in which Jesse and Elizabeth, his wife, executors of William Morrison, deceased, were suing John Martin for $50.00 damages. Elizabeth Thomas was executrix of William Morrison, deceased. Martin was indebted to Morrison for work and labor performed as well as for good, monies, wares, and merchandise. According to the Minute Book the suit was settled with the defendant to pay costs.
