Hanukkah card from Dr. J. O. May. Dr. May came to Terre Haute from Salem, Kentucky in 1915, graduated from Booker T. Washington School in 1927, Wiley High School in 1929, and Indiana State Teachers College in 1933. He taught at Booker T. Washington School from 1947-1948. The photograph shows Dr. May standing in a store with a Kodak sign in the background and wearing a cardigan with an I (Indiana State Teachers College). Happy Chanukah. Dr J. O. May |
