Description:	Photograph of the exterior of the original Kleptz building when it was occupied by R. H. Modesitt, who sold groceries, footwear, dry goods and notions. Groups of people are posed in front of the building and one individual is in the upper story window. A carriage and a wagon are parked in front of the store with people seated upon them. Several milk jugs and barrels can also be seen.
