St Joseph Catholic Church Parsonage

Description: Postcard showing St. Josephs Parsonage. The parsonage was built by Father Hassel from 1931-1934, The walls are 13 brick. There are 38 brick massive brick columns each filled with concrete around the porches that decorate the exterior of the house. The exterior of the rectory was built of Huntingburg smooth-faced cream pressed brick. There was a basement, containing a large clubroom for meetings of the parish organizations. The first floor had offices, large living room, dining room, kitchen and sun parlor. The second floor contained the bedrooms.
