This is a black and white postcard of the Rockville Public Library in Rockville, Parke County, Indiana. A Carnegie library, it was dedicated in January of 1916. Designed by R. L. Brookie, architect of Indianapolis and built by James Boswell of Bloomingdale, IN., it cost of $12,500. Miss Mary Linebarger was the first librarian. This item was donated by Perry Neet. |
