A folder containing probate records for Rufus Norman is housed in the Probate Records section, Box 24 at the Knox County (IN) Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. In a press-printed bond filed November 2, 1837, Preston Norman is named as administrator. Included among the sundry papers are an inventory of the state and accompanying bill of sale, receipts of varying shape and size, a schedule of court costs, an administrator’s account and bills to the estate. Images posted here are a sampling of the contents of the folder. |
