A folder of probate records for Andre Deloyria is housed in Box 25 of the Knox County probate records section at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. The folder contains one cursive hand written document. The document states the Will of Andre Deloyria was written April 4, 1837 and was filed November 3, 1838. In his will he leaves all his estate to his brother John Baptiste Deloryia. Witnesses to the will were Samuel Hill, Ethan Allen and Solomon Rathbone. |
