Knox County probate record for Charles Manville, 1828

Description:	Probate records for Charles Manville, are housed in Box 13 of Knox County probate records at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady Brockman House. There is a typed text appointment of administrator record dated January 21, 1828 in the file. Eli Manville, John W. Allen and G. W. Johnston were appointed as administrators of the estate. An inventory of the estate, an account of sales, clerk and court fees bill for $15.50 were filed. A Deal of Trouble was filed against the estate by John Price for $50. This was for a judgement in favor of Mr. Price, but was unpaid due to Mr. Manville’s death.
