Riverfront and First Street Vincennes, Indiana

Description: Black and white photo of intersection of Main and First Street. Shows end of Main Street, the backs of business on First Street, and the Wabash riverfront in Vincennes, Indiana. Taken in the early 1940s from the Lincoln Memorial Bridge. Also see last three cars of a train stopped with last train car door open and a man beside it. Tall structure on left is Baltic Mills elevator (there since 1891). Riverfront behind the sea wall has grass and tree lined path.
