Campaign postcard, postmarked Nov. 5, 1938 in Vincennes, Indiana, for Oskar Paul Oexmann. Oexmann was running for Knox County Prosecuting Attorney, and was elected to the position. He was later killed in France during World War II. Dear Friend,On November 8 you will go to the polls to select your public officers. As candidate for Prosecuting Attorney I ask you to assign me the duties of this office. With all sincerity I would gratefully appreciate serving you.
