The collection covers the years 1963‐2001 with most of the material covering the years ofMoores presidency 1992‐2000. Many of the materials include information from President Moorespredecessor, Richard Landini, which were kept by the Office of the President. Series DescriptionAdministration and Organization These files solely deal with President Moores day‐to‐day operationswithin the office of the president. This covers the time period from 1992 to 1995 and has historical filesfrom the previous administration. Board of Trustees These files include not only information about themeetings of President Moore with Indiana State Universitys Board of Trustees, but they also includeinformation sent by President Moore to the Board of Trustees for their perusal. Committees PresidentMoore kept information on committees on which he served and those which answered to him, includingminutes and agendas. This covers the time period from 1992 to 1995 and has historical files from theprevious administration. Centers and Institutes These files contain the charges and reports of theCenters and Institutes operating during President Moores tenure. This covers the time period from 1992to 1995 and has historical files from the previous administration. General Files After 1995, the Office ofthe President did not subdivide President Moores working files into primary categories but integratedthem alphabetically. Thus, files that were once kept in Centers and Institutes were filed with othersubjects. Thus, the general files section is the largest. Government and Civic These files containinformation on Presidents Moores dealings with government officials and offices, ranging from local tofederal. This covers the time period from 1992 to 1995 and has historical files from the previousadministration. Media This includes video cassettes creates for various purposes and publishednewsletters arising from the Office of the President. Memorabilia This contains plaques and awards fromPresident Moores Tenure. Organizations This series has information from personal and professionalorganizations outside the university in which President Moore participated. This covers the time periodfrom 1992 to 1995. Reports This series contains official reports directed to the office of the president orarising from the office of the president, intended to inform officers of the university or individualsoutside the university. Schools and College This series deals mostly with connections and directivesmade to Schools and Colleges within the university. This covers the time period from 1992 to 1995 andhas historical files from the previous administration.
