course to three classes of students only, namely: (1.) College
graduates
(2.) graduates of commissioned high schools
and,
(3.) those persons holding one or more three years licenses,
and who have also taught successfully not less than twenty-four
months. These are all admitted without examination. All
other persons are required to pass the entrance examinations as
explained on page 70.Persons not included in the above named classes and wish¬
ing to be excused from the study of any subjects in the course,
