Jim Rilleys typewritten variant of The Licked Hand urban legend as collected by Stephen Baker. In Rilleys variant, an old woman hears of an escaped insane patient and goes to bed with her dog for comfort. Later that night, she reaches down and thinks the dog has licked her hand only to discover the dog is dead and the inmate has entered her home. |
