Steve Gatchels transcribed interview of Willaim Emerys account about the local legend involving a couple who was parked in Stepp Cemtery,and the girl was late getting home so the boyfriend sped through the woods and go into a terrible accident. The legend goes that a woman in black can be seen walking around Stepp Cemetery with the girls head attachedto a chain around her neck. She is said to be there to warn others to not park then speed home to your death. |
