Description:	246 journal of the common council regular session motion was made by mr duby and seconded by mr thompson that resolution no 54 1987 be adopted by the common council motion carried unanimously resolution no 55 1987 resolution no 55 1987 was read by digest resolution no 55 1987 be it resolved by the common council of the city of terre haute indiana whereas the common council of the city of terre haute annually appoints two members to the terre haute redevelopment commission whereas george mills and abe malooley were previously appointed by the common council as redevelopment commissioners for 1987 whereas the terre haute community has been served in a conscientious and sincere manner by commissioners mills and malooley now therefore be it resolved that the terre haute common council reappoints george mills and abe malooley to a one year term on the terre haute redevelopment commission for calendar year 1988 presented by l.e frazier councilman passed in open council this 10th day of december 1987 ray azar president attest charles p hanley city clerk presented by me to the mayor this 11th day of december 1987 charles p hanley city clerk approved by me the mayor this 11th day of december 1987 p pete chalos mayor attest charles p hanley city clerk motion was made by mr duby and seconded by mr zaikovsky that resolution no 55 1987 be adopted by the common council motion carried unanimously resolution no 56 1987 resolution no 56 1987 was read by digest resolution no 56 1987 be it resolved by the common council of the city of terre haute indiana whereas there are insufficient funds in account numbers 132 group health insurance and 210 supplies in the office of the controller of the city of terre haute indiana to meet current and anticipated expenditures within that account and whereas there are surplus monies in account numbers 111 salaries 130 social security 131 perf and 134 police & fire perf in the office of the controller of the city of terre haute indiana which are not presently required for the use in the said office of the controller that the surplus monies in account numbers 111 salaries 130 social security 131 perf and 134 police & fire perf be transferred to account numbers 132 group health insurance and 210 supplies said accounts being within the appropriations heretofore made for the use of the said office of the controller of the city of terre haute indiana
