Description:	december 10 1987 city of terre haute 237 respectfully submitted l.e frazier larry kirchner james cook william price william thompson the committee report was unanimously accepted as favorable by the common council motion was made by mr cook and seconded by mr zaikovsky that special ordinance no 67 1987 be amended motion carried unanimously special ordinance no 67 1987 as amended an ordinance amending special ordinance no 33 1987 be it ordained by the common council of the city of terre haute indiana section 1 . that special ordinance no 33 1987 an ordinance setting the salaries of all employees of the city of terre haute indiana excepting members of the terre haute fire department the terre haute police department the terre haute street department the terre haute cemetery department the terre haute wastewater treatment plant the terre haute transportation utility and excluding elected officials and in some instances establishing certain benefits for the above mentioned included employees section 1 shall be amended as follows park & recreation delete 1 park manager 13,320.00 replace with 1 park specialist 14,844.00 revise lifeguards 18 for 12 wks @ 3.35 per hour 36 hour week lifeguards 18 for 12 wks @ 3.50 per hour 36 hour week pool managers 3 @ 4.00 per hour pool managers 3 @ 4.50 per hour add torner center secretary 1 @ 3.50 per hour building inspectors office revise housing inspector 14,741.00 police department civilians revise clerks - records room 5 @ 12,145.00 each 60,725.00 add radio operators 3 @ 14,800.00 each 44,400.00 section 2 whereas an emergency exists for the taking effect of this ordinance the same shall be in full force and effect after its passage by the common council and its approval by the mayor
