Description:	124 journal of the common council regular session the committee report was unanimously accepted as favorable appropriation ordinance no 12 1987 an ordinance to appropriate additional sums of money for expenses incurred during the year 1987 whereas it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget now therefore be it ordained by the common council of the city of terre haute vigo county indiana that for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified subject to the laws governing the same amount amount requested appropriated park department general fund 30,000.00 30,000.00 operating budget account 440 other equipment total 30,000.00 30,000.00 presented by ray azar councilman passed in open council this 9th day of july 1987 ray azar president attest charles p hanley city clerk presented by me to the mayor this 10th day of july 1987 charles p hanley city clok approved by me the mayor this 10th day of july 1987 p pete chalos mayor attest charles p hanley city clerk motion was made by mr duby and seconded by mr cook that appropriation ordinance no 12 1987 be engrossed and placed upon its passage motion carried unanimously special ordinance no 31 1987 special ordinance no 31 1987 was read by digest committee report terre haute indiana july 9 1987 to the mayor and the common council of the city of terre haute indiana gentlemen your committee on parks with mr cook as chairman to whom was referred special ordinance no 31 1987 wishes to report favorably
