Picture of musical combo performing. Band members are: Rudy Bohinc, Don Coyote Kyle, Alfred Marietta. Like many Italians, Alfred Marietta;s father encouraged hime to play music. He took up the coronet and then the trumpet. During the Korean Conflict, Al (right) played in a military dance band called The Statesiders. Back home, he formed a dance combo (pictured above) with Rudy Bohinc, accordion, and DonCoyote Kyle, guitar. Marietta later filled in with other bands and played Taps at many veterans grave sites.
