Description: Meeting notes, Hering House. Lists summer activities for the club. Includes Synopsis of an agreement between Hering House and Housing Authority in regard to Program Development in Negro Housing Projects. Makes reference to Ernest Atwell (1878-1949) of the National Recreation Association, who died this past July, which dates the letter to late 1949 or early 1950.
