Approval was given to the use of current savings in this account to bring the former annual compensation rate of $3,500 up to a new rate of $4,000.In regard to moving expenses for the candidate selected by the Board of Directors of Hering House, should it appear that payment cannot be fully accomplished by additional savings in the approved budget, a written request for the difference should be filed with this office as soon as the figures are known and approved by your board.The Community Chest Board of Directors has asked that its deep and continuing interest in the services performed by Hering House to a substantial number of citizens in our community be communicated to you along with the information on the new salary rate.Sincerely yours,Robert L.
