Description: Circa 1921-1941. Steel through-truss bridge shown being constructed by crane. Most of the beams composing the top of the truss are missing. The deck of the bridge is shown exposed, composed only of I-beams. Two construction workers are shown near the crane. One is standing on the side of the truss.
