This photo shows students of the Adelaide Packard Piano Forte School of New Albany Indiana. A handwritten note enclosed with the photo states that the school was located at 819 E. Main Street in New Albany, and was built in 1899. It was purchased by Professor Henry H. Dreyer in 1912. The building was sold by Dreyers widow, Edythe, to the New Albany Labor Temple in 1943 |
