Jesse Burkhart saw & flour mill, on creek, (on right just after going under train trestle) / Horses ready to haul 64; chestnut log. Tobias Seacat, who blew whistle, is in front (right side.) Rest are unidentified. Taken 1894 or 1895 by Albert Burkhart.; Painted on the log is ;Jenkins / 6 ft 4 in / May 15 1902.; From a collection of dry plate glass negatives made by amateur photographer Albert Burkhart of the Georgetown area in Floyd County, Indiana. |
