Description: |
Six men are seen in front of the Orange County Bank. A Salvation Army poster in the window reads A man may be down, but hes never out. The poster has the date of May 19-26, 1919. A jewelry store is next to the bank on the left.A white article of clothing hangs in the window, as does a sign for Munsing underwear and the same Salvation Army quote as in the bank window.Due to the slope of the sidewalk, it appears to have been located on the southwest quadrant of the town square. In November 2010 a fire destroyed six historic buildings in this block. |
