James, son of James Walker (1917-1995) and Violet (Woolsey) Broshears (1919-1994), started Broshears Real Estate and Insurance in 1969. The business was located on North Jackson Street near the railroad streetst, and later moved to 510 West Morton Street. The image is accompanied with a handdrawn map by lender showing the original location. |
