The couple, identified as Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barber, pose by Myrtle Springs with cows in the background.Frank Morgan Barber and his wife Ella May (Keim) Barber operated a summer resort with rental cottages on the Whitewater River. It was located on River or Barber Road in Dearborn County, about 1/2 mile southwest of New Trenton. Newspapers state that the Barbers lived in an old log cabin on land that had been in the Barber family for over 100 years. |
