Description: Handwritten on the back is Central Shrine, Indiana World War Memorial, Indianapolis, Indiana. A small newspaper clipping attached to the back includes the caption to the photo: Indianas tribute to her world-war dead. The central shrine of a $4,000,000 memorial nearing completion in Indianapolis. Inside the monument are rooms for patriotic societies, a historical museum and an auditorium seating 600 persons. The memorial was dedicated on November 11, 1933.
