Eastside Community Investments renovated the former clubhouse of the Outlaws motorcycle gang and other homes in the Holy Cross neighborhood with funds from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Standing on the porch in the suit is E. C. I. director Dennis West and to the far left is Vonda ONeill, a Holy Cross neighborhood resident.This is possibly an open house held on July 24, 1982.
