Description: Costumed participants ride in decorated canoes, boats, and the double-decker passenger steamboat City of Warsaw. In the background is the power station for the Winona and Warsaw Railroad interurban. This flotilla parade, known as Venetian Nights, was an annual event held from 1906 until 1917. [Another identical postcard is postmarked 1910.]
