Taylor, age 61, was listed as the head of household in Linton Township, Vigo County. Living with her were 15 year old son John O. Taylor; and sons William T. Eldridge, farm laborer, age 25; and Lyman D. [Duff] Eldridge, 22, farmer, listed as owner of the farm.Trella or Trellah Dolson was an orphan as her parents Vern K. and Margaret (Randolph) Dolson died in 1897 and 1898. In the 1900 census she lived with her grandparents in Linton Township, Vigo County, Indiana. Trella died on November 16, 1900 in Pimento, Sullivan County, Indiana of dipheria.[In the 1910 census Lyman D. Eldridge owned a farm on Eldridge Road in Linton Township, Vigo County. During the 1920 census for the same township he owned a farm on Sheldon Beauchamp Road. At the time of her death in December 1917, Mary F. Taylor lived northwest of Pimento]. |
