Description: Dubois County Court House, Jasper, Ind. Built 1910. Cost complete $78,500. This includes wiring, furniture, plumbing and steam heating plant. Tile roof and tile floors. Size 65x112, Porticos on each side like two shown. Court room 46x64. 8 offices on first floor. 6 offices and court room on 2nd floor. Basement with concrete floor under whole building; 3 fire proof vaults. Rest room for women; toilets for men and women on each floor.Courthouse constructed between 1909 and 1911; added to National Register of Historic Places in 1996. Dubois County Soliders and Sailors Monument / Civil War Memorial stands in front. Advertisment for J. Kuebler Clothing and Furnishings on building behind courthouse.
