Description: Signatures at the bottom of the page are hard to decipher but look like Collier and L.T. Miller also known as Bill and Paddle. One of the men, a double leg amputee, sits in a wicker wheelchair while the other man pauses while pushing him. A sign in the background advertises Heise Bros & Co. / Flour / Feed.Heise Brothers & Company feed mill was originally located in Orleans.
