Text on back: High School Gymnasium at Huntingburg, Indiana: Dedicated November 13, 1951. Built in the form of a huge bowl, concreted in the earth with the seats below ground level. There is no obstruction between seats and playing floor. There are 6,263 reserved seats. The crowd exits up to the street level. A capacity crowd has been timed leaving; it takes less than five minutes to clear the building. |
