The location is identified as 5th Street on the back of the card. Two women with large hats are in the foreground. A man in a rowboat is in flood waters near two homes. This may have been in 1913 when there was widespread flooding across Indiana.The brick double on the right (102-104 Market Street) was located on the southwest corner of 5th and Market Streets. The frame house to the left was located at 108 Market. Both structures were demolished in the 1960s or 1970s. |
