Description: Clarence Lobdell (1884-1974), wearing overalls to the right, and his wife Lyda Caroline (Stuber) Lobdell (1885-1966) pose in front of their brick house. The Native American wearing a headdress and ceremonial clothing is Clarence Godfroy or Ka-pah-po-wah (1880-1962), a Miami Indian storyteller and descendant of Francis (or François) Godfroy.The lender recalled that the house had been owned by a Native American.
