Description: Women employees wearing aprons pose with trays and racks of cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. The City Baking Company opened in the late 1910s at 901 East 16th Street and by the late 1920s the bakery was owned by the Omar Baking Company. Omar operated at this site until the 1960s.
