Description: |
The two-story brick I-house was built near Petersville in 1853 by Joseph and Delilah Glick, who came from Pickaway County, Ohio in about 1846. They first lived in a log cabin on the site. The house is located near 100 N and 650 E in Clay Township. It was recognized for 150 years of family farm ownership with a Hoosier Homestead award in 2017. As of 2018 the house and farm, also known as the Glenn and Nellie Glick farm, is still owned by Glick family descendants. |
