Written on the back is Uncle Levi Walkers Home. L to R: Will Walker, Aunt Charlotte Walker, Uncle Levi Walker, Elmer Walker. The photo has a faint stamp in the lower right corner that reads W. E. Magley, Photographer. This image was part of a collection that included photos of the Yagel family of Columbia City.According to the 1880 census, Levi Walker was a farmer in Thorn Creek Township. He was born in England in 1841, and died in 1917. He married Charlotte Egner in 1867. Will and Elmer were the children of Levi and Charlotte. |
