| Description: |
A group of actors pose on what is most likely the Graham Annex stage, adjacent to the Graham High School in Rushville, Indiana. The cast is made up of both adults and children and even one dog. Two Charlie Chaplins, three soldiers, a porter wearing blackface, many men in tuxedoes, a bride and groom, several men dressed as women, an older woman in a bonnet, and two eighteenth-century characters in wigs were all in the production. A Rushville Republican article indicated that the Knights of Pythias put on a production in the Graham Annex in March of 1918, but it is unclear if this photo is from that production. |
