Regulation Against Alcohol in Indian Country

Description: A letter from T. Hartly Crawford of the Office of Indian Affairs to governments notifying them that Superintendents and Agents of Indian Affairs having authority to grant licenses to traders, are herby instructed to withhold a license as instructed in the letter.
