Mortgage contract made between Joseph Richardville, grandson of Jean Baptiste Richardville, and Henry R. Colerick. Richardville ceded land he inherited from his father, Joseph Richardville, son of Jean Baptiste Richardville, Chief of the Miami Nation, to Colerick for $100, a suit of clothes, one horse and cash payments of $25 annually for ten years.
