The Winona's rails were along the east side or the right side of State Road 15. This image is looking north. The rails shown would have been the one that connected with the Winona. This gravel pit was a major customer of the Winona. The Gravel Pit was owned by Western Indiana Aggreates. The locomotive is a 25 ton General Electric. The photograph is dated May of 1967. |
