Whiteleather, Bourbon Ind. The Beyer brothers embraced the new electrical inventions of the era. The Chestnut Street side of the house had two built in garages to accomodate their two electric powered cards. The Beyers were good friends of J.W. Studebaker. The South Bend Studebakers began manufacturing electric cars in 1902. Could the Beyers have owned Studebakers? |
