We are all well and hope this will find you all the same. You spoke of me coming down. I believe you could come up better than I could come down you had better come. I will meet you any time you let me know. We will have a high old time. Cecil has two teeth sit alone and climes up to chairs and trys to creep. Tell Wilbers to come up for I said so. Now you had better come. Bye Louie. Addressed to, Miss Dessie Phillips, Bowbon, Indiana, R.F.D. 24. This is the second powerhouse built by the Winona Railway. The expansion to Goshen and Peru created the need for additional alternating current power. The electric power generated here went out as high voltage to the five substations. |
