Addressed to, Miss Edith Lanser, South Bend, Ind. S. Miami St. The Daguerre Building was used by the Indiana State Photographers Association for their yearly meetings beginning in the early 1900s. Eventually things evolved and the Professional Photographers of America used the building for specialized photographic training until ca 1984. Photographers from all over the United States and the world trained here.
