Mama. Addressed to, Miss Carla Rigdon, Plymouth, Ind. c/o Neva Ellis. It is unkown why Chapman chose to build his house away from the Winona Assembly grounds. The cottages location was considered rural when it was built, as there were farms and barns in the area. In 1902, Bronson Street was considered the east boundry of the City of Warsaw. |
